Order by Phone

If desired, you may order your products over the phone by calling us toll free at 1-800-458-2616. Our customer service representatives can answer your questions and take your orders anytime Monday through Saturday from 9am to 7pm, and on Sunday from 10am to 5pm, EST.

Order by Fax

Choose the items you wish to purchase, then simply print your order form before submitting your order. You may fax your order to 1-828-299-1847. This service is available 24/7. Orders placed after normal business hours or on the weekend will be processed the following business day. Remember, your order is secure when ordering on-line at luvrub.com.

Delivery of your products.

Normal Delivery

We ship UPS Standard Ground service and USPS First Class mail. Our shipping costs are based on the actual shipping weight of your order - not on price points - and the shipping zip code.

To calculate shipping costs prior to completing an order, you should start the order process filling in the ship-to address and choosing the method of shipping. Then click the continue button at the bottom of the screen to see what the shipping charges will be. If you want to check other shipping methods, use the back arrow to go back a page and change the shipping method, clicking the continue button to recalculate the shipping charge. You will not have to enter any billing information before deciding on the shipping method and the order will not be placed until you click "place order".



We use shipping tables provided by UPS and USPS to calculate the shipping cost. The shipping charge is calculated during the checkout process.

We can usually ship in stock orders within 1 day if ordered during normal business hours, 9 am – 5 pm, Monday –Thursday. During peak times, however, it could take 3 days for your order to be processed.

As an example, for UPS Standard Ground shipping within the US, the shipping time is 3 to 7 days, depending on where you live. This means you could expect your order to be delivered 4 to 8 days after you place your order. The total delivery time will be longer for orders placed on Friday – Sunday, as we do not process orders over the weekend. For example, an order placed on Friday will not be processed until Monday so the total delivery time will be 7 to 11 days.

Product availability is subject to change. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. We do not add additional charges if your items are shipped separately. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and ship the item when it is back in stock.

Express Delivery

We do offer express delivery, but remember to add processing time to the delivery time. If you order an item to be shipped priority, we will make every effort to ship it within 1 day. However if you place your order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, there will be a delay in processing as we do not process orders over the weekend. Also, there is no weekend delivery on priority shipments so do not include Saturday and Sunday when calculating shipping times.

We operate stores in Pennsylvania and North Carolina and, therefore, must charge applicable state sales tax on orders shipped to those states. Orders shipped to other states are not taxed.
